Helpdesk Consultant
Job position: IT Specialist – Helpdesk Consultant Workplace: Szczecin
Main tasks:
- Answering telephone and email requests from customers
- Registration of entries in the computer system
- Providing advice in the field of information technology and computer software
- Supervision of the computer network; configuration of network devices
- Analysis of the possible causes of reported defects and resolving problems
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of the operating systems Windows 7 and XP.
- Calmness and ability to cope under stress
- Good diction and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb knowledge
- Ability to work in a team
