Job position: IT Specialist – Helpdesk Consultant Workplace: Szczecin

Main tasks:

  • Answering telephone and email requests from customers
  • Registration of entries in the computer system
  • Providing advice in the field of information technology and computer software
  • Supervision of the computer network; configuration of network devices
  • Analysis of the possible causes of reported defects and resolving problems


  • Thorough knowledge of the operating systems Windows 7 and XP.
  • Calmness and ability to cope under stress
  • Good diction and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and absorb knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team
